PRIVACY POLICY

CONSULTATIONS

A comprehensive evaluation and consultation requires an investment of $200 and will be applied towards your treatment plan. If you choose to not move forward with a treatment plan, the $200 will cover the cost of your consultation. This investment is refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48-hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the fee is non-refundable and will require an additional $200 fee to reschedule your appointment or consultation.

After your consultation you will receive a Treatment Plan and quote for your recommended procedure(s). Please note that the quote is valid for 45 days. If you choose to schedule your procedure more than 45 days after the initial consultation, it is possible that the fee will be different than the original quote. We will always do our best to communicate changes to our fee structure ahead of your appointment time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Patients must provide a 48-hour notice when canceling an appointment to avoid a $200 cancellation fee, however, we do request the courtesy of five days in order to allow clients from our waitlist an opportunity to schedule.

Because we are an intimate practice small in scale and number of providers, we request that clients be thoughtful about honoring selected appointment times. Of course life happens, which we understand. Therefore, we offer one “courtesy” reschedule. After that point we require a non-refundable $200 deposit which will be applied to treatment, but forfeited if the treatment is rescheduled again.

 

RETURN POLICY

All purchases made through Bare Skin Marin, including but not limited to skincare products, treatments and services, gift certificates, and promotional packages, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another individual. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or a store credit, at our sole discretion.

 

SURCHARGE FEE

Beginning 11/1/2023, we will include a surcharge fee on customer transactions paid with credit cards, debit cards, or Cherry payment plan transactions. The fee percentage will be clearly communicated to customers at the point of sale and will be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The surcharge fee will be added to the total transaction amount and will be clearly indicated on the customer's receipt.

Cherry 3 months | 1.9%

Cherry 6 months | 2.9%
