Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Aesthetic Clinician to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments under the supervision of the Medical Director, utilizing our proprietary symptom-based consultation model to create comprehensive and customized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s commitment to exceptional service, consistency, and transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Translate patient presentation into comprehensive treatment plan using the Practice’s “symptom-based” consultation
Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective patients.
Follow the brand driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing diagnosis, team collaboration, and post-treatment monitoring.
- Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Conduct consultation s and treatment plans
- Leverage resources and tools provided by Practice to enhance clinical skills
- Educate clients on all offerings of Practice via the client engagement script
- Promote and cross-sell multifaceted treatment plans that tie together synergistic procedures and products
- Collaborate with practice’s management, ownership, injectors and support team
- Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
- Effectively utilize all IT systems including Patient EMR (Zenoti), client engagement software (OpenPhone), and all other equipment.
Detailed charting and documentation of patient files
Contribute to our marketing strategy through:
- Daily IG posts & stories on professional page
- Community outreach, communications, and PR
- Twice weekly contribution to Practice Instagram

Requirements

2 years minimum delivering Aesthetic injectable treatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Restylane) and excel in treating existing and new Aesthetic patients

Excellent customer service skills with outstanding phone and written and verbal communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
Well rounded- ability to quickly learn practice operations, technology, social media and other applicable duties
Ability to set the tone for the practice with optimal professionalism
Certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mentality.
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Professional and compassionate bedside manner.
Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and embrace company culture
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
Work three or four days per week including Friday and two additional days as per preference.
Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language

Excellent sales & consultative skills with the ability to inspire patient to invest in high ticket multifaceted treatment plans.

This is a part or full-time position (*eligible post 90-day probation period):
